*TIN PAINTED BOOT TRADE SIGN- 19th CENTURY
An early tin three dimensional boot trade sign. Painted red over black with additional small areas of "touch-up". The boot is probably American, third quarter of 19th century and in wonderful condition. This is a rare piece in really good condition, comes with a strong wall bracket and measures 33" high with an 8"x 7" elliptical top and a 13" long boot. (BCETE)

A 19th century painted one board game board with a square nailed attached frame. The bittersweet and black paint combination is outstanding and extremely well done. Norton Stoneware Jug 1850-1859
A two-gallon stoneware jug with a cobalt jay- like bird with curved legs on a single line or branch. Impressed J&E Norton Bennington VT. J&E Norton dates 1850-1859. The jug has a very minor 1" hairline crack on bottom as shown in the middle photo. Otherwise, it is in good condition.(KTKE)

*Speaking Dog Mechanical Bank 1885
The patent for the Speaking Dog Bank was issued on July 14,1885 and was first Manufactured by Shepard Hardware Co. of Buffalo, New York. Later J&E Stevens produced the bank. The Shepard version has the distinctive rectangular coin trap (which this one has) and the Stevens Bank has the round trap. The bank is all original and in working condition. (OOK)
*LION and TWO MONKEYS MECHANICAL BANK
The "Lion and Two Monkeys" mechanical bank was manufactured by Kyser & Rex, Philadelphia, Pa. It was based on a patent issued to Louis Kyser and Alfred C. Rexon July 17,1883. It should be noted that the monkeys arms are brass. The bank is all original (including the glass eyes) and in working condition. Note the great paint. (BOKE)
