POT PUSHER c.1660-1800 with CROCK
The pot pusher is basically a semicircular footed bumper with a rear handle; it was used primarily to push hot vessels on the hearth, or to maneuver coals back into the fire area. Note how well the pot pusher was made with the nice rat tail handle.(BLTK/CTE)

EARLY PAIR CAST IRON FEMALE FORM ANDIRONS
