A superb Georgian Apple Tea caddy. The Georgian era was a period from 1714 to ca:1837. This apple tea caddy was carved from fruitwood, maintains its original stalk, hinge, exquisite key and escutcheon and a nicely shaped body. When opened the caddy reveals the original tin foil, for housing tea leaves. The Tea Caddy is in outstanding condition.(DHATA/SRKT)
