A beautifully turned and well used mortar and pestle. Note the outstanding form the great blue paint with appropriate ware and the numerous rings of various sizes and shapes. These two pieces started together and have never been separated. Touch the two pieces and you can feel the smoothness from extensive use and observe the wonderful patina that comes from extensive use over a very long period of time.
