Description
THE CRANE REPLACED THE LUG POLE IN THE EARLY 18th CENTURY. AGGRAVATED BY THELUG POLE’S TENDENCY TO BURN THROUGH AND DUMP FOOD INTO THE FLAMES THE SETTLERS ADOPTED AN IRON CRANE THAT PIVOTED FROM SIDE SUPPORTS. IT ALSO ALLOWED THE COOKING UTENSILS HANGING FROM IT TO BE EASILY SWUNG OUT TO THE PROPER DISTANCE FROM THE FIRE. LENGTH:28 1/2″
(BTKDDE)
NOTE: WE HAVE OTHER CRANES WITH DIFFERENT LENGTHS I CAN ALSO HELP WITH THE CORRECT PINTELS FOR HANGING THE CRANE
