Description
The oval wooden box was made by the Shakers throughout the 19th century and continued to 1961. This four finger varnished Shaker box has the swallowtail joint with carved fingers pine top and bottom with maple (could be ash) sides and tack construction with homemade copper tacks . A great example of Shaker quality in excellent condition. (ATEE)
